Go or Don't go?

Its really annoyed

when i heard my sis is pregnant

i was really happy at 1st

and i was really happy for her

but its a problem for me too

its the starting of my nightmare

sigh

i know that i've to work for her

i've to help her

in the period of her pregnancy

until she give birth to her child

until her full moon

i planned to go sg for a short period work

i planned to earn more after my diploma

but now...

i really can't make any decision at the moment

my brain is totally blank

if i help her

i should start now

i've to learn everything from the beginning

as i was forgot what she had taught me last time

i'm worried that i can't handle

such as last time

i was failed 2 subjects

working while studying is really tiring

i worried that i can't concentrate

"bang1 ta1 shi4 qing2, bu4 bang1 ta1 shi4 li3"

which way should i go?

"qing2" or "li3"?

or i shouldn't think that much?
